Remove Email Addresses

The Remove Email Addresses section allows you to remove email addresses that are saved in a set of selected profiles.

Once you select the required profiles and click the Display button, the email addresses that are saved in the selected set of profiles are displayed in the Available list. Select the email addresses that need to be removed from the Available list and use the right arrow button to move it to the To be removed list. When you click the Save button the email addresses that are moved to the To be removed list are removed from the selected set of profiles.

NOTE: If you would like to add new email addresses to the selected set of profiles type the required email addresses in the Add Email Address section before clicking the Save button. For details see, Add Email Addresses.
